Founded in 2002 by Alexandra and Michael Misczynski, Atelier AM is widely regarded as one of the world’s most respected interior design firms. Their projects are rich in materiality, layered in detail, visceral in atmosphere. They have an impressive dignity, achieved through discretion, which over time has become a signature characteristic of the brand. Our challenge was to simultaneously capture the subtle charm and the feeling of the projects, while maintaining this sense of intrigue across all aspects of their visual identity, from their logo to their portfolio and website.

Photography and art direction was everything here. We needed to craft a singular visual identity to communicate the feeling of the firm’s work in a compelling way. We built a team with director Michael Reynolds and photographer Stephen Kent Johnson that successfully captured the soul of the brand and the integrity of the projects.
